I get a bit confused about evergreen (EG) viburnums. I found one that I
thought would be good for you, that said EG, but when I looked it up at
MOBOT, Kemper said it was deciduous, so I didn't mention it.

The Hedge Book suggests these broadleaf EG hedges:
Abelia x grandiflora - Berberis x chenaultii
B. julianae - Wintergreen Barberry
B. verruculosa
Buxus microphylla
Euonymus fortunei 'Vegetus'
Ilex crenata 'Convexa'
I. glabra - Inkberry
I. opaca
Kalmia latifolia - Mtn Laurel
Pyracantha coccinea - Firethorn

I think many of these might be too short.
