Well, yes, I have been known to overspend with them, but then the statement
comes, and I am a good girl for awhile. In general, though, a credit card
makes it easier to budget and easier to take advantage of rare finds and
fantastic bargains. I find a credit card statement much easier to deal with
than writing checks right and left.
