I have a collection of these hyacinth forcing vases.  I bought them one
year after the season when they went on sale.  I like to use them with
my preschoolers as they can watch the vigorous roots grow.  I love
forcing hyacinths in the house for their wonderful fragrance!  Just make
sure to let the water just touch the base of the bulb so that the bulb
doesn't rot.  It's lots of fun and so easy.
