Zem, I have had that cookbook for many years, and I have a
whole shelfful of others, but that's the one I go back to over
and over.  My DH was a college traveller for Oxford University
Press in those days, and someone he visited told him he should
take it to his wife.   I have seen it in bookstores since, so it has
been reprinted, but it still remains a favorite.
