Plant Delights says zones 7-9, which seems to X me out, too, although I might try it one of these years. But it also says it doesn't bloom for them--and that they grow it for its "tropical" foliage.

I'd bet it wouldn't, but if it is affordable as a try-once plant,
give it a shot and see what happens ? You might get lucky.
