VB lists this as zone 8-10 but that is the rating for all the dahlias and
they do bloom. This is listed as 20-29' and bloom time Aug-frost which is the
bloom time for their other dahlias. Is the foliage tropical looking or
especially interesting? BTW, the price this year was 11.95, 2 for $23 or 4 for
$42.
