At our place, I do the inside + front door and mailbox, DH does the  
outside. My tree is up - earlier than my family tradition would  
dictate, but the week prior to Christmas promises to be insane.  
Mailbox and front door done, still a few inside "touches" to be made.  
However.... I have seen no decorating inclination on DH's part. I  
said that at least he needs to put up a spotlight for the front door!  
We shall see.... (To give him his due, the weather last weekend and  
predicted this coming one have not proved helpful.
