Poor baby. When I lived on the farm, I had a half-siamese named Lucy who had, and died at age 12 year of, congestive heart failure. But she was a gem as long as she lived, with bright blue crossed eyes.
My wife changed Lucy's her name to Goose--because, she said, every farm needed at least one goose.

The vet specialist withdrew 130cc's of fluid from his chest today and did and 
ultrasound of his thorax. The good news was that no tumor was found.
The bad news is that his heart is enlarged, and he's got "significant heart 
disease that has caused congestive heart failure". He's to see the
Cardiologist tomorrow for an echocardiogram to see whether anything can be 
done
