I have a couple of those. They work but each tray doesn't hold very
much. Of course, a fruit roll-up isn't supposed to be huge. Usually if
I'm making fruit leather though I have gallons of the stuff and it's
faster to pour it into cookie sheets and put them in the greenhouse.
This is making me long for spring. And we haven't even started winter
yet!

Cyndi--American Harvest [Nesco, same thing] sells a nice solid tray
insert for making fruit leather. I have one but have never used it.
