Hmm. Vino can make any effects (possible concussion) a lot worse by increasing bleeding now and raising blood pressure as it leaves your system. My doctor warned me about that years ago.
If you've got a headache, it would probably be a good idea to a) let a good friend know so that they can call you every hour and call for help if you don't answer, or b) get to an emergency room to get yourself checked out.
