Re: Fwd: Price of Gas-OT< now price of water

Different areas have different controls.  We have a meter here but the next
town just south of us doesn't.  We have more of a problem with sewage than
water and therefore we have low flow everything.  It always blows me away when
I go down to L.A. and take a shower.  I'm practically knocked over by the force
of the water.
