Spring

Thought I wouldn't get my spring garden in...my husband spent the past three weeks in the hospital with an unconfirmed diagnosis and needs lots of help and care at home.

However, with raised beds, I was able to quickly put in my spring garden of leaf lettuce, spinach, bok choy, Swiss chard, beets, peas, and leeks. Our temperature has been up and down...many daffodils up with tinted heads showing. Had a very bad rain, wind storm with thunder that sounded like a bomb. I am not sure I am ready for spring as really have not had winter...hard to experience from a hospital room. A little green noticing the group who are experiencing gardening shows...I want to get to some...maybe latter this year.
