Bluebirds

Kathy,

If you want to try seriously to attract bluebirds, there was a book
published a couple years ago that will tell you anything you need to
know:
The Bluebird Monitor's Guide to Bluebirds and other small
cavity-nesters
by Cynthia Berger, Keith Kridler & Jack Griggs
It's a Cornell Bird Library Guide ISBN 0.06.273743.0
        HarperCollins Publishers $14.95 US
It has marvelous photos and some really nifty ideas that are not costly.
I do know one of the authors but I'm not getting a cut!
He does sell signed copies if that's important to anyone:

Cathy, can you keep bluebirds in your area? We have had them seriously
inspect our houses but the sparrows drive them off every time!
Frustrating.
