Well, Tony, if you really mean Breck's Bulbs, I would be skeptical. 
Their bulbs seem OK, but plants are another story.  Ordered from them
once many years ago and that was that...never again.  They used to
belong to the same company that operated Michigan Bulb; all under new
management since that co. went bankrupt.
