if it doesn't rain this weekend, i plan to become "aguirre, the wrath of
god," with my roundup sprayer. it's time to beat back the jungle before the
season of growth gets here. there are lots of things that need to be
whacked, also. the mulberry is out of hand, for instance, and the duranta
hedge needs, once again, to be tamed.
