Yeah...skinny, nonsmoking docs are the worst! I am now on day 3 of the
quit smoking plan, too...still on target, but not fool enough to take
myself completely off all at once...that way has led to total failure
for me too many times to count, so am using supplemental nicotine
replacement therapy in the form of an inhaler. Way helpful! Available by
prescription only but very worth the cost...plus my insurance picked up
part of the bill for it! I am gradually replacing the cigarettes with
the NRT, spacing out the smokes by another hour each day...today I go to
three hours between cigs. I have to say, I am adjusting much better this
way than I've done it in the past. We'll see how it works...especially
as the cigs get further and further apart. Just be very glad you are not
here to witness this!!!!!!
