You have that little wheeze thing too? Very annoying ain't it? Linda and I quit last year at the first of the year. After the floods washed my plants out the gh and then the SF Flower and Garden Show loomed that was it it was back on the sticks. So, we were off for three months but right after I quit I developed a cough and it still hasn't gone away. We plan on quitting again but this time after the show. Gad, I hate these things!

Hey I'm just looking forward to losing that little "wheeze" I seem to
have picked up at night. And no I probably wouldn't listen to the fat
doctor either. My skinny doctor has a nurse who weighs in at 300 pounds
easy. I don't listen to her when she wants to comment on my weight. It's
all I can do to keep from saying - Yo Miss Thang, who needs to lay off
the groceries worse - you or moi?? But I try not to annoy people armed
w/ hypodermic needles.

I'm not sure it ever goes completely away. It gets less and less
demanding every hour, although some sort of crisis can temporarily
bring it back in spades. I think that's why a lot of folks fail--big
fight with the spouse or get canned at work--and the first thing that
comes to mind is to light up. But if you know that might happen you can
probably figure out how to manage it.

I think the other reason some folks fail is other behaviors that one
associates with smoking. Friend of mine said once: "How come every time
I have a beer I want a cigaret but every time I have a cigaret I don't
want a beer?"
