ground orchid? remodel update

Hi all-

First the gardening questions- last year sometime our Island Jim mentioned some type of ground orchid that would be hardy for me- but I can't remember the name of it! Anybody recall? Hint: it isn't Bletilla- I already have that one.

Second- the masterbath remodel continues! This week I finally found a paint color I love! It is 'artemesia' ironically- a lovely greenish-blueish-greyish color. I got two coats on the walls, and the trim around the door painted white yesterday and today. Last weekend, I had repainted the ceiling white and put a smooth-set coat on the walls to look more like plaster (instead of that stupid textured wallboard that is all over this house). The weekend before that, we had the window replaced (and the rotten 2x4 under the window. And had the cement backerboard installed.
Oh- and also today the plumber came and put in the toilet and came up with a brilliant plan that helped avoid having to move the waterline in the wall (Yeah! this meant we didn't have to cut a hole in my way, move the line, repair and repaint that section of wall! Saved time, effort and money. Needless to say I was very pleased). So, now the next step is to tile around the tub/shower, and then finally I can put in the floor. Nothing more will happen in the coming week, as I'll be at a conference in SoCal for half of the week. But things are starting to fall into place, so I'm very pleased.

I went by the drug store earlier today to pick up a few things and they had pansys, primula, and another little plant that I can't think of the name right now (small pink or white flowers with many thin petals and a yellow center. Grow close to the ground with flowers on a stem a couple inches above the leaves....) Oh yeck- I can't think of the name- but anyway I couldn't resist and bought a couple six packs and planted them earlier this evening. Spring is here full bore now! The flowering pears are in full bloom now and the garden looks different everyday because things are growing so fast.
