Why, bless your little heart. Chris, that is terrible. Will your water pipes be protected? Can you and Romeo spend the night with a friend, or at least share a sleeping bag? I am so sorry this has happened to you!

Well, the news is in...  The repair guy was here and said the leaking
water in my boiler room is the result of a cracked boiler.

They're sending a guy out tonight to give me a price quote and think
they can have one installed tomorrow or Wednesday.  But it's going to
be a cold night without heat, and after the $5000 bill I won't be able
to afford heat later.  :)
