Actually, I've sort of stepped aside a bit in running the nursery. I
still direct it, and do much of what I did b4 including working in it,
but now another woman does the team structure. I stay more behind the
scenes. She's more of a people person than I am so she maintains the
contact and connection with the other nursery people. There were 7 of us
last year and now we have 14.
None of us 7 had any actual nursery experience but we've done
surprisingly well. Of the new people we've taken on, a couple of them do
have nursery experience or greenhouse experience so we hope to learn a
few things from them, though for various reasons our nursery practices
have to be different from a real nursery.
So, to answer your question, I'm not training anyone for my position.
I'm not sure I could or if anyone would be willing to take it on.
