Ouch Tricia! Hope you get better fast, and I don't blame you. I wouldn't
want to go either. I haven't had time to watch the national weather lately
but it sounds from the local as if the whole place is going to me a mess
this week. My father keeps wishing for more snow so he can run his
snowmobile. I told him better him than ME! LOL!. I am SO ready for warmer
weather.

We have had another round of ice/snow... not much precipitation but a mess
to drive on. I stayed in today... during the last really big ice storm I
fell and
have just now gotten my arm where I can lift it up to my shoulder.
Nothing
broke but bruises take so long to get over.
We are suppose to get more tonight, tomorrow and friday. We were going
to
go to Marshall, TX on friday to visit my husband's parents and help drive
one of their
vehicles home. I don't want to go if it is going to be bad. I had hoped
we
could combine it with the First Monday Trade Days at Canton, TX and maybe
get some pottery at Marshall's pottery!
Tricia

Getting colder here - the weather people tell us that we can expect
lows to -1F in the next couple days. DH went skating on the farm pond
today (ice 4" thick, though I stood by with a rope for a bit, to
assure he wouldn't fall in!). The deer are making themselves
obnoxious in search of food - a group of 6 were in the yard this PM
and one was nibbling on one of my eastern red cedar (Juniperus
virginiana).
