Ceres,
My husband has been able to always fix my washing machine and dryer too...
just not the fridge. He could look up the parts online and order them
online. It was usually a belt or something little. My dryer has quit going
off when I open the door but as long as it heats and spins I will continue
to use it... I know that the next one will never last this long.
thanks,
Tricia

Tricia, we don't have a problem with available repairmen however the
Maytags
are so easy to work on my husband could take care of the few things that
went
bad.
There is a class action suit against Maytag and the ft loading machine
Neptune.
