Sort of training

The headmistress at Ms. Fatma's school teaches Montessori classes for teachers over the internet. And guess what? As texts, she uses the notebooks Ms. Fatma made from her class notes at Washington Montessori Institute. She's now had the Fatoosh do some of the lectures--video recorded her last week.
This is very interesting to me, because when Ms. Fatma graduated from WMI, the first thing she did [while listening to all the job offers she was getting] was organize her class notes into four volumes. I typed and edited them, and they became four very accessible, illustrated references to the "method" and the theory behind it. When she began to seek interviews for teaching positions, one of the first things she was always asked was what she had done with her class notes. Everyone she showed the notebooks to, offered her a position.
