Re: new cover

Cathy, Clematis 'Niobe' is my husband's favorite (he insists on calling
it Nairobe though he knows better), but for some reason I can't keep it.
I have several other varieties that do quite well, and have for many years,
but I have lost at least three 'Niobe's.  Don't quite understand why.  I hope
you will have better luck.
