I forget who said it, but there's a quote that goes something like - all
that is required for evil to flourish is for good men to do nothing.  Jim
probably knows who said it and can quote it verbatim.  Sometimes you have to
draw a line in the sand and say enough is enough, no matter how much most of
us (especially me) loathe confrontations.
