I will look into my options, at present it is not enabled, but the hands free option is nice when traveling.

But Cathy, you can disable the bluetooth if you are not using it. Mine hasthat capability, but I don't want or use it so I disable it. There areseveral things you can do that will save your battery life...one of them is to limit the amount of light your phone uses...like when you open it, the light pops on. You can shorten that light time. My husband didn't know that, and his phone light was on all the time and he was having to charge his phone every day. I showed him how to change that and he doesn't havethat problem anymore. I have two daughters who function with cell only, but as for me, the cell is for traveling and anytime I am away from home base. And my latest pet peeve... bluetoothconnectivity which, when you have it, drains a cell phone battery at lightspeed... even if you do not actively use it. We will no longerhave a "land line" because there is no sense in having it when we carryourcell phones with us everywhere, and the added expense in this economy just doesn't make any sense. And things like the "Kindel" on Amazon.com will become more common. It's basically an electronic book. You order thebook,it's sent to your Kindel and you read it on this device. The world isbeginning to go paperless and more electronic. I don't buy albumsanymore...I just order the album on i-Tunes and download it to my i-Pod. The next thing will be an increase in vision problems at a younger age because people stare at computer monitors all the time. I try to keep up with modern technology so it doesn't zoom past me and leave me helpless. My parents can't function well in this techno world of ours. My daughter and son-in-law and their cousins and friends use them as their main phones. Many don't even have land lines. I feel the same wayaboutnewspapers...I love them but many studies that I have read say that mostwill be gone in the next 10-15 years.--------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT-- Jesse R.
