When we replaced most of the windows in our house four years ago, I got the
kind that had the blinds in between the outer and inner window...no
dusting. One other place where you might find drapes is in some of the
"used" shops. I don't know what kind of supply they might have with this
downturn, but our Salvation Army, Habitat, and Goodwill stores often
carried some nice drapes. Also, with this downturn, do you think you might
be able to do some bargaining?
