Those are anole lizards, Eva. And most likely, Cuban anoles. There is an anole native to Florida, but the Cuban one has nearly driven it out. Cute little guys, though--and they come in a variety of colors, black, grey, terra cotta, green. I've got enough of them to keep the bugs to a minimum.
