It is gorgeous! Makes me wish I lived in Florida (almost!). I'd say, have him make the cutting - but supervise him with either a semi automatic or a very sharp machete.

It has the best color of any P. erubescens I've seen. Anyway, there's a guy in Miami who seems to think likewise and is pestering the hell out of me to sell him a cutting. Not sure yet how much he's willing to pay. There are two stem growing in the same pot--a larger and smaller situation. I suppose I should price them separately, and say only one can be sold, and that he will have to come here and make the cutting himself.
