Ceres, now that's an idea!
I checked with Kinkos and the cost would be about $7.00; add $3 if they
cut off the old binding (which doesn't seem necessary) They'd instead
comb or coil bind it for about $4-6.

My only concern would be where the holes are punched. I'll have to go
home and look at it to see how much of a margin they left on the inside
edge.
