O.K., I know I'm very behind, but I'm with you David, with the use of salt
water!  It can be used as a preventative for the common cold, too.  I
haven't had a "cold" the last two years and for me, that is saying
something.  

Pam, I hope both you and Andrea are feeling better by now, since it is
January.  It will take me forever to catch up with the short amount of time
I get these days!  

I still think of everyone though!  Have a wonderful day!

water with salt and snort it up each nostril then evacuate the before spoken
