I can't recall why the C/D formula was brought up in the first place,
but just thought I'd throw my 2 cents in on cat food, since I've tried
soooo many different ones.  My vet actually recommended Felidea food for
my cat that is sick, as it has less processed junk in it and is easier
to digest.  So, I did.  All 3 cats really like it and seem very
healthy.  My cat with the GI problem can eat it fine and it still with
us (which surprises everyone).  They also now make Felidea Platinum for
senior or overweight cats.  It's not cheap, but it also is no where near
as expensive at the prescription Science Diet foods.

The vet gave (sold) me 3 different foods to try. Darn cat won't eat
either of the canned ones (one of them is the C/D) - and she's hungry,
too. She'll eat the pouch one sometimes. Sounds like Sugar might have a
dry version of C/D? Cassie likes dry food, too, maybe I'll see of they
have that.
