We were under a tornado watch last night with temps in the 70s. Today was absolutely gorgeous -- clear and windy in the upper 60s. Certainly more like March and January. I was walking around the yard and noticed my Hellebores are loaded with buds! That sight, coupled with the knowledge that I will only get 3 more killer gas bills, made for a great day.

Thanks for the warning. I just checked the weather radar here and it looks
like the worst of it is going south of our little area. Cincinnati looks
pretty scary on the radar. I can, however, hear the thunder (in January!)
and the patter of rain on the sky window. Here's hoping you fare well as
well, Donna!
Blessings,
Bonnie (SW OH - zone 5)

Even with this latest storm system they are predicting here? Calling for
twisters and all.... for a large mass of states.. so others need to watch it
as many of us will be effected.

Thanks Chris. Now in our 10th month of this and it has long since lost
any
appeal. And not a drop in the ten-day forecast. Again.
