Donna, I understand what you are saying and agree about the benefits of the shows. But let me give you an example. One home and garden show they have in this area is over $700 for two days that might bring in 7,000 people. Frankly, I can buy advertising that will reach far more people for less money. I just bugs me I guess.

Let us know when you update the site.... would love to see them all,
especially the purple ones- mom's favorite color!
So what does Hibiscus rosa sinensis smell like?
Shows are not for you to make money on, breaking even is where that is
at!... but the exposure for future sales is really what they are about. The
only people who really make money are the groups- who get the spaces for
free or very reduced rates.
Have you looking into smaller organizations shows? I know some of my groups
have produced their own, with reasonable fees for vendors, and most of our
vendors do actually make money....

Hi Donna
No, not bored with them just wanted to carry something in addition to the
hibs. For those who have them already or for those who prefer something
else. I really like flowering tropicals...can you tell? I have lots of
new
stuff coming out on my web site this year. I'm pretty excited by it.
Including a scented Hibiscus rosa sinensis. It's a big nice orange/yellow
double.
Yes, it's really purple. I am rooting some more now. There are a few
purple varieties.
Yes, I will be showing at the SF Flower and Garden and I hope to be in a
few
others. There really aren't too many that are economical. Most only make
money for the promoters.
