That is the one benefit of using a smaller ISP. When I
had the problem with a previous company, they did look
into it and fix it- of course Chris had to tell them,
via a relay thru me, where to look :(
It also helped that I was on a first name basis with
the Pres and those in power there... due to another
issue.
