Not exactly; a grex name *is* a hybrid name, and Fuchs' Mandarin is a cultivar.
Just like your Lychnis Lumina 'Bronze Leaf Red', provided Lumina is a hybrid
within Lychnis, and Bronze Leaf Red is one of Lumina's cultivars.

Not Cathy, but, none of the above. Gold Digger is the grex, or hybrid
name, while Fuchs' Mandarin is the name applied to one particular and
unique member of the grex.
