Not exactly; a grex name *is* a hybrid name, and Fuchs' Mandarin
is a

cultivar.

Just like your Lychnis Lumina 'Bronze Leaf Red', provided Lumina
is a

hybrid

within Lychnis, and Bronze Leaf Red is one of Lumina's cultivars.
