I loved Time-Warner cable. I don't know who trained their customer service and repair personnel, but they were flawless. I've not had any problems at all with the television, and I'm not expecting any with the ISP change. I just wondered if anybody else had experienced it.

In my area Time Warner took over Adelphia...the unhappy story still continues but compared to the horror stories I've read in the press we have so far gotten off lucky. If your switch goes well, congrats. Cable companies in the US seem to be notorious for customer non-service - probably because most of them don't have any competition. Comcast has replaced our local Time-Warner cable. I hope it doesn't cause me a lot of trouble or confusion. Has anybody else had theirs changed by a company? zem --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT --------------------------------------------------------------------- To sign-off this list, send email to majordomo@hort.net with the message text UNSUBSCRIBE GARDENCHAT
