relaxation).  Was so glad that the roads  were ok in my neck of  the
woods. The doors of the car were iced  shut, but once they were  open

glucosamine-chondroitin stuff for arthritis? DH's right  knee is
really
bothering him. It didn't respond to steroid   injection, and the
synvisc
(?sp) injection isn't providing much relief either. He would like to 
postpone the  inevitable knee  replacement as long as possible.
