My friend, the reenactor, spent a week of leave apprenticing with an artillery specialist in Gettysburg. (I told him to absorb the info, but not open his mouth.... southern accent!). He then drove all the way to Wisconsin to buy and haul back a caisson!!!

Nope..
#1 son is on the cannon crew, Betsy. Teens or newbie's get to hold
the horses...if they brought the horse.
A bit over 4 inches of fluffy on the ground here. Very cold. Staying
inside with another log on the fire.
Right now my current read is not gadening... The Bellyfat
Cure....sigh.
