RE: July - storms - Hot Springs

Lynda - all the towns ten miles in every direction from Kemp are getting
some rain. Not us. Talk about frustrating. Dallas is 6" behind for the
year, we're more like 9" down. Pat's last water bill was 130, mine was
90. This month? I shudder to think....
