Man, me too. I often keep the local radar running in background on the computer. When hysteria hits the news readers, I try to switch the TV to the weather channel [just in case local radar is missing "the big picture"].
I say "try to switch" because Ms. Fatma likes to watch the gas bags on CNN and disagree with them. So I'm not always able to change our focus. But I try.
