Donna, you don't find 'free' in this area.  I would say it could be a 
financial answer to your project.  Wisconsin is going to be rock free with the way 
the loaded trucks are coming our way.  New home construction landscapes are 
using rocks to the point its ugly and I'm a rock lover!
