Re: Reel Mowers
I got my Sears mulching mower back around '92 when mulching was "in".
Within a year or two, mulching mowers were back to being bag mowers because
people were too lazy to mow as often as they should. The new ones still
mulched the grass, but sent it out a shute which could have a bag attached
or not. My mulching mower sends the mulched grass DOWN, not out. There is
no shute, no way to catch the grass clippings, so when I mow next to a bed,
no grass ever goes in the bed.
