RE: My garden
Maybe he is marking his flower beds and telling Romeo (the dog) now don't go
past this row of flags...
Actually he said he was adding another deck or something... probably wanted
to know where the wires are...and if anyone has ever had their yard marked
by the utility companies... Egads! I want to plant/install something here-
but they mark the entire property including the neighbors no matter what you
say!
