I think it's probably the transition from pot to ground. They had perked
up this morning. One of them is just starting to bloom, looks pink.
Hopefully seed isn't too tiny. How long do you suppose from seed to
bloom? a few years?

Kitty, might is in a pot in full sun and blooming very nicely.  Great seed 
heads!  Save them if you wish to multiply your inventory easily.
