Donna, thank you for sending that link. I just printed it out to give to
my youngest step-daughter. Type 2 runs in her family. She does not eat
right, she does not exercise at ALL and I've been trying to stress to
her that if she starts NOW, she can prevent this, but if she continues
like she is....she will end up with Type 2.
