Cyndi, I have to agree. Thanks for the story Donna, and while I totally agree that a diet high in leafy greens (I ate a lot of broccoli with my chicken tonight and am quite full) is a good thing, there is no way in hell I am going vegan. Aside from the fact that I love many different types of meat, seafood, and poultry, I was advised to strictly watch my veggie carbs intake (potatoes, rice, etc) so if I can't have those, them by golly I'm not giving up meat. Thanks for the info though. ;-)

Bleah. I'd do it if the alternative were bad enough but after a few days I
