For you veggie lovers out there I have a cookbook recommendation:

The Garden-Fresh Vegetable Cookbook
Author: Andrea Chesman
Published 2005 by Storey Publishing

The sections are arranged by season, as a garden would grow and the  
chapters within each section are devoted to individual vegetables.  
The recipes are not necessarily vegetarian, but veggies are the stars  
of each. Have tried two recipes so far and both were good.
