Jim, Thanks so much. You gave me some good info. The only thing we've tried 
so far is a combination rhubarb and strawberry distillation of some we had in 
the freezer too long. It was the most gorgeous color! It was very tangy but 
flavorful and will prob use it to make pancake syrup or to add a bit to our 
morning protein shake. Thanks again..I'll take all the learning you can give! Kathy
